Private Videos

The private videos are nine videos on PronunciationBook that were made private for the duration of the countdown, and known of only through screencaps (except for HtP Nicole, which someone had managed to get a copy of and circulated throughout the community). All of them, bar How to Use Superlatives in English, are part of the mission narrative.

How to Pronounce Two[]

"How to Pronounce Two" is the first private video listed on the 77 Days Research Document . According to the screencap, the video is one 1:36 total, with the dialogue "The two of us would have to reconcile later, we had to leave immediately to reach the beach by nigtfall. A: Two regulators, two traders, two scientists, two systems: two Impacts. B: Two glasses of Chief's special punch is far too much."

How to Use Superlatives in English[]

The second private video listed on the 77 Days Research Document. The screencaps give no hint as to how long the video is, however we are given the dialogue "She is the finest regulator I have ever worked with. That was the worst argument we've ever had."

How to Pronounce Acquiesce[]

Being around 1:03 long, the dialogue includes "Second, why did the Regulators Office Acquiesce to working with the banks? A: I Acquiesce to the prix fixe whenever I drop by for lunch. B: Chief Michard will acquiesce to his limited palate one day."

The first sentence is part of the 10 mysteries , which is frequently discussed. The ninth, second and fourth mysteries are all private, hinting at the date 9/24, which is the same date of the countdown ending.

How to Pronounce Difficult Words[]

The length of the video is unknown. The dialogue includes "Friendship, money, love: these are difficult words for a regulator. A: What are te most difficult words for you to say? B: I have trouble with finance terms: 'mortgage,' 'CDO,' and 'CDS' are particularly difficult words.

How to Pronounce Karl Lagerfeld[]

Karl Lagerfeld is a famous German fashion designer^[1]. The video is 1:04 long, and includes the dialogue "Nicole slipped out of her hiking uniform into a slim Karl Lagerfeld ensemble. A: Karl Lagerfeld has become too mainstream for my taste. B: You wouldn't know a Karl Lagerfeld dress if it upstaged you at your own book signing."

The first sentence hints that Nicole is rather wealthy. Due to this fact, people speculate whether or not Nicole could be the Mysterious Woman.

How to Pronounce Loci[]

Loci, as in the plural form of locus. The length of the video is unknown. The dialogue includes "Fourth, what secret research led to our loci in Nicaragua? A: the loci of infection were in the sky. B: The whole dame thing is quite a "method of loci," when you really take a step back. *The first sentence is part of the 10 mysteries, which are frequently discussed. The ninth, second and fourth mysteries are all private, hinting at the date 9/24, which is the same date of the countdown ending.

How to Pronounce Nicole[]

The length of the video is exactly 10 minute. The dialogue includes "That was the last time I was with Nicole; her image lingers in my new consciousness-system. A: Did you hear what happened to Nicole? B:..."

The second part of the A and B conversation seems to be cut off, as if the details to the video weren't expanded at the time of the screencap.
Nicole is a major character who seems to be part of the Squad. The video seems to hint that Nicole was either kidnapped by an enemy team, or was killed in some sort of battle.
The first sentence also hints that something also happened to Announcer . By saying "her image still lingers in my new consciousness-system," Announcer may be telling us that his mind is no longer in his physical body. This could be due to a critical injury during some sort of battle, or some form of torture practised on him while in imprisonment.

How to Pronounce Won[]

The video is 1:03 long, with the dialogue "Ninth, what would happen to this country and its economy if we won? A: I did it, I won! B: The only thing you've 'won' is bread tacos."

The first sentence is part of the 10 mysteries, which are frequently discussed. The ninth, second and fourth mysteries are all private, hinting at the date 9/24, which is the same date of the countdown ending.
- By mentioning the economy in the mystery, it could be possible that the countrie's economy is in great shape, making Announcer worry as to how it would be different if "we won."

How to Pronounce Yigal Azrouël[]

Yigal Azrouël is a New York based fashion designer^[2]. The length of the video is 1:06, and includes the dialogue "Nicole slipped out of her Karl Lagerfeld ensemble into a simple Yigal Azrouël gown. A: That Yigal Azrouël sure knows how to drape silk. B: Yigal Azrouël still hasen't forgiven me for seating him next to Billy Joel at my dinner party."
